Mouseland article
Pin It
This is the first page from an article in Art Doll Quarterly, Spring 2012, in which I talk about the development and construction of the mice, my evolution as an artist, and creating "The House That Mouse Built". I'll post a link to the whole article as soon as it's available.

I bought the magazine the other day at Collage and really enjoyed your article. It was fun to learn more about the development and construction of the mice and to learn more about you! :-) Jennifer
ReplyDeletewill certainly look for it on our News stands. I don't think I have seen that book in australia.

I just got my book in the mail today...and it is as darling as I expected....it's for my granddaughter for easter....
ReplyDeleteI was tempted to keep it
Your art is incredible. I am in love. I made some wedding mice from a Brambly Hedge pattern book (I posted some pics on my blog). I so enjoyed the process and can appreciate all your work. I design fabric also, and if you ever need tiny fabric prints for the mice, I am able to scale the designs smaller. Most of my designs are set up larger for ease of viewing.
ReplyDeleteAnyway................back to looking at your amazing vignettes!
I bet you have so many things in your mind, that you have trouble sleeping, for wanting to be creating a new vignette. SO wonderful!
ReplyDeleteYou're right, I do often lie awake at night, thinking of vignettes! Thanks for all your nice comments...I'm going to go look at your site now!
