loved this because when I was a child I used to put a blanket over our redwood picnic table and pretend that it was a "fort"... I would daydream while watching the blades of grass under the table and imagine that to all sorts of creatures the blades of grass were actually GIANT TREES... Yes...I was a strange kid...lol....now I am a strange adult. lol
They are darling to look at but I'd like to read some things about how you go about it, how you got started, etc. I'm new at the site so maybe I've just not discovered it yet.

My children love looking at your pictures. They are 7, 4 and 2. They particularly love the ones with teeny tiny baby mice. :) Can't wait to see your book. Congrats!
