Thanks, Shelley! It's a piece of rigid plexy with a semi-transparent bit of water-patterned, blue-greeny shower curtain underneath,suspended an inch or two above a piece of floral upholstery fabric. Plus some clear medium on top to suggest ripples. What you're doing in HL, WOW.
